Placing an Order
After placing an order you will be sent an email confirmation with your order number and order details. You will also receive an email from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by The Island Shop.
Processing Your Order
We process orders daily. It usually takes about 24 to 48 hours once you place your order for it to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
Payment Options
The Island Shop accepts the following forms of payment:
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax in the state of California.
Price Changes
Prices and availability are subject to change.
Product Availability
Products are available while supplies last.
Backorders & Out of Stock
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in-stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by logging into your account. From there you can view your order status and history and track your order.
My Account
Log in to edit your account information. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Click submit to have your password e-mailed to you.
To change your registered password or email address, click Edit My Profile. To view a list of previous orders placed under your account and to check on the status of pending orders, click View Order Status and History. To view and modify the items in your Saved Order/Wish List, click Access My Saved Order/Wish List. To view, delete, or add new addresses to your Address Book, click Manage Address Book.
